Project Overview

In early 2024, we completed a transformative exterior renovation in Des Moines’ North of Grand, a neighborhood where accommodating a two-car garage isn’t always possible. The project included demolishing an old garage and concrete structures, removing a 70′ tree, and constructing a new 24’x30′ two-car garage. Additionally, we poured a large edition to the existing driveway, built a 12’x12′ patio with connected sidewalk, and installed wood stairs and railing.
